Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 15, 2026

Visido does not collect your personal data. This policy explains what that means in practice and what limited data Apple processes on our behalf.

1. Data We Collect

Visido does not operate any servers that collect, store, or transmit your personal information. We have no user accounts, no analytics SDKs, no tracking pixels, and no third-party advertising.

2. Where Your Tasks Live

Your tasks, tags, completion history, and settings are stored:

  • Locally on your device using Apple’s standard on-device storage.
  • In your private iCloud container, which is accessible only by you and syncs across your Apple devices. We cannot read or access this data.

3. Apple Reminders Access

If you choose to import from Apple Reminders, Visido requests read access to your Reminders database solely to display and import those items into Visido. Reminders data never leaves your device through Visido.

4. In-App Purchases

Subscription and one-time purchases are processed directly by Apple through StoreKit. Apple provides us with anonymized receipt data to validate your subscription. We do not receive your payment information, email, or Apple ID. Review Apple’s Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles purchase data.

5. Analytics & Crash Reporting

Visido uses Apple’s built-in, anonymized App Analytics and Crash Reports only if you have opted in at the iOS/macOS system level. This data is aggregated by Apple and shared with developers without personally identifying information.

6. Children’s Privacy

Visido is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal data, we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all your data lives on your device and in your private iCloud container, you control it entirely. Deleting the app removes its local data. To remove iCloud data, use iCloud settings on your device.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes materially, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and note the change in the app’s release notes.
