Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) are a legal agreement between you and Steve Schramm (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the Visido application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Standard EULA, which these terms supplement and modify.

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

Visido offers the following in-app purchases:

  • Visido Pro (Monthly): $2.99 / month, auto-renewing
  • Visido Pro (Annual): $19.99 / year, auto-renewing
  • Visido Pro (Lifetime): $79.99, one-time purchase

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. A 14-day free trial of Pro is offered on first install. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.

3. Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are managed through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Your Data

Visido does not collect personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must delete the App from your devices.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
